From this page, you can begin your certification of your organization's implementation of an HR-XML specification.

You begin the certification process by completing a form that asks four simple questions about your implementation. Later in the process, you must submit five representative XML instances for each schema against which you want to certify. To expedite the process, you are encouraged to validate your XML instances using the HR-XML Consortium's testbed before submitting them for review.
