The HR-XML Consortium’s "HRcertify program" certifies HR solutions that conform to
the HR-XML Consortium’s interoperability standards. Organizations that successfully
complete the HR-XML Consortium’s certification process are awarded a logo to use on
their Web sites and a conformance statement within a registry located at www.HRcertify.org. The HR-XML certified logo indicates that the solution provider is a technology leader and is ready to integrate in a flexible and opportunistic manner with customers and partners.
"Over the past two years, we have experienced a dramatic increase in
requests from employers wanting to streamline their recruiting workflow by integrating
the ChoicePoint employment screening platform with their Web-based applicant tracking
system, HRIS and similar systems," said Scott Greenough, vice president of product
development for ChoicePoint. "Our use of the HR-XML standard helps speed up the
deployment of an integration utilizing an industry standard communication protocol."
"Becoming HR-XML certified means our customers will be able to collaborate
more easily with their business partners, which is a key benefit of moving to a
service-oriented architecture environment," said Larry Dunivan, global vice president
