Leading The Way with HR-XML Certified Solutions: Six Additional Organizations Awarded Certification By HR-XML Consortium

RALEIGH, NC, 2004 April 6 – Six leading HR solution providers are the latest to be certified under the HR-XML Consortium’s “HRcertify” program. The HR-XML Consortium has awarded certification to BenefitsXML, Inc.; Development Dimensions International; Hiredesk; The Gallup Organization; Taleo, formerly Recruitsoft; and the Vertical Screen companies (including Truescreen, Inc.; Business Information Group (BIG), Inc.; and Certiphi Screening, Inc.) for successfully demonstrating the use of the HR-XML Consortium’s open data exchange standards within their solutions.

“We congratulate these organizations for achieving HR-XML Consortium certification,” said Chuck Allen, HR-XML Consortium Director. “HR professionals are making compliance with open standards part of the criteria they use when procuring HR solutions. The growing registry of certified solutions available at www.HRcertify.org will make it much easier to find vendors that support HR-XML Consortium standards,”

The six newly certified companies join 21 other companies certified in 2003. Those companies are Allegis Group; American Background; CareerBuilder.com LLC; ExecuTRACK Software; eWork Exchange Inc.; Fidelity Investments; Hewitt Associates; Hire.com; HireCheck, a First Advantage company; HireRight; Jobpartners Ltd.; Manpower; milch & zucker; Oracle; PeopleClick; PeopleSoft Inc.; Resume Mirror; SAP; Sterling Testing Systems; Ultimate Software; and Unicru.

The HR-XML Consortium's open standards make it easier to deploy integrated HR solutions. Organizations that successfully complete the certification process are awarded a logo to use on their websites and a link to a conformance statement within the HRcertify.org registry. The HR-XML certified logo signals that a vendor is a technology leader and is ready to integrate flexibly and opportunistically with customers and partners.

HRcertify.org is the home of the HR-XML Consortium’s certification program. The HRcertify.org registry provides prospective customers and partners a place where they can learn about a particular vendor’s integration capabilities using HR-XML Consortium standards. For details about the certification program, please visit http://www.hrcertify.org or send your question certify@hr-xml.org.

Individuals attending the HRO World/TechHR conference in New York, April 13-16 (http://www.hroworld.com), are encouraged to stop by the HR-XML Consortium’s booth (#1415) to learn more about certification.
